David is the Co-Founder and Chairman of ViaOne Services. He brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to our team. He has spent decades providing cash-strapped consumers the best in wireless services. David brings the expanding ViaOne Services network innovative leadership, customer-centric solutions, and years of effectively navigating regulatory compliance.
JD accrued over 14 years wireless experience before joining ViaOne Services in 2015. JD's extensive background allows him to expeditiously improve processes in sales, operations, logistics, compliance, systems, and reporting. JD received the AT&T Summit Award in 2015 and is a 3-time Verizon Wireless Winner's Circle recipient. JD is a graduate of UNT and enjoys volunteering for Habitat for Humanity in Dallas.
Scott brings over a decade of wireless experience including retail sales, operations, and merchandising. During Scott's career, he successfully launched Verizon Wireless at RadioShack and owned Postpaid and Prepaid P&Ls for 4,000+ locations. Scott is highly skilled in project management and an expert in Workforce Management. Scott led a development team responsible for bi-weekly payroll services at Walmart amassing over $1.2B.
Jordan comes to ViaOne Services with more than a decade of general marketing expertise. Jordan has worked with such brands as Harley Davidson, Godiva, and Goodyear. He has been quoted by GD USA magazine, eMarketer, and Multichannel Merchant publications. Jordan's primary mission is to shape a brand image and voice that will put ViaOne Services on the map and deliver bottom-line results.
Cathy is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience who recently joined ViaOne Services in 2022. Her career has been focused on creating vibrant and engaging work cultures by ensuring employee engagement throughout the employment lifecycle. Cathy is a strong proponent of professional development and holds her SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and MBA in HR from Strayer University. Not only does she promote this within ViaOne, but she also mentors students at UNT during her free time. When she's not working or mentoring, Cathy enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations.
Marjorie brings over 25 years of Finance & Accounting experience to ViaOne Services, having worked in public accounting for KPMG Peat Marwick for 4 years and for Avon Products, Inc. for over 20 years. Her responsibilities are to manage forecasting and analysis and to oversee accounting and reporting for the ViaOne companies. Marjorie is a CPA with a Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Denver.
Shawn comes to ViaOne Services as a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with an impressive track record of success, running some of the most successful Cricket Wireless locations in the state of Texas. Shawn's strong project and retail management experience empower him to analyze and direct retail locations, management, and owners to increase profitability, compliance, and overall effectiveness.
Lesli joined ViaOne Services in early 2017 with almost a decade of experience overseeing the day-to-day operations and staff assigned to a variety of projects. She has demonstrated ability coordinating between multiple departments at all levels of the organization and in different locations across large regions with a proven track record motivating teams to achieve beyond organizational goals while remaining within budgets and on schedule.
